You can have your Puzal account and all of its data deleted at any time. We hold very little: your email address, the name/avatar from your sign-in provider, and your daily results (which puzzle, solved, clues used, stars, dates).
How to request deletion
Ask us through our contact form to delete your account. Mention the email you signed in with so we can find the right account. We’ll delete it and its history within 30 days and confirm when it’s done.
If you played without an account
Nothing of yours is stored on our servers — your progress lives only in your browser. Just clear your browser data for puzal.ie (or use a private window) and it’s gone.
Sign-in providers
If you signed in with Google, Microsoft, or Facebook, removing Puzal’s access in that provider’s settings stops future sign-ins but doesn’t delete what we already hold — contact us as above for that.
